At Shelgrande all of our puppies are raised in our home
    and underfoot!  We spend lots of time with each one of
    them and love to watch them grow.  When we are
    selecting our "Show Prospects", we are brutally honest.  
    Sometimes the breedings "click" and we get a great litter
    with several show prospects, however, there are times
    when we decide that none of them are what we are looking
    for to show or  breed. These puppies go to Companion or
    Performance homes where they will be dearly loved. If a
    puppy is not what we consider to be Show quality, then
    we do not breed it.
    On this page you will see pictures of puppies that we
    believe are very nice representatives of the breed that we
    have either kept or have placed in Approved Show Homes.  
    None of the pictures have been "doctored" and all puppies
    shown are as they really are with no special grooming or
    chalking.
